Is it any wonder we're having the issues we are currently in our society and personal lives? Where things are bubbling to a bursting point and the only way that energy can come out is by action? We're seeing it played out in conscious and unconscious ways, often both at the same time, and leaving us wondering what the heck happened or what were we thinking once that "storm" passed through and died down. Large, mainstream events are leaving many of us wondering what in the world is going on and frustrated, irritated, and irate enough to finally have had enough. We can no longer sit on the side and wait. And while we're getting riled enough collectively to actually do something about it now, it's activating similar sparks in our own lives. External behavior and action is always a reflection of our inner, and when we make change in one way we undoubtedly see change in others. It's been months and years in the process where more and more of us are fed up with ambivalence, of not discussing our current states and what our needs are and how can we constructively move forward and make progress, and we're starting to see stern, decisive stances being an everyday occurrence. Which we so greatly need, as a society, as a world, and as individuals.
It's no mistake the direction we've been going in since all of the astral activity in August and the last few weeks. We're not even at the crux of it yet - we're steadily growing to it although it's in consistent and manageable amounts and intensities; we are never given more than we can handle at any given time. Even though the world feels as though it's at chaos, it in amounts that are fueling and empowering us to move and act instead of being drowned. It is the perfect and exact support we could ever ask for. As the season and temperatures wind down here in the northern hemisphere, it seems to be quite the dichotomy to have such a fiery, action-powered, emotional and energetically stirring full moon. This energy is meant for the spring and start of a new cycle. Oddly enough the Aries' full moon fits in perfectly here - to prepare for and go through a reflecting and shedding cycle, we have to burn off all the excess energy, ties, and ends of what no longer truly fits us. There are some lessons and experiences that are coming to its closure but are not ready to be fully released yet - as much as we want to be rid of things easily sometimes we have to hold on to them longer. To really look at the heart of the issue. Doing so we will be able to clearly see and know what it is we really need to do to address it. What's equally interesting with this particular full moon is that embodiment and focus of the energy - Aries is known for being aggressive, brash, and impulsive, and it is definitively masculine. This time around it is boldly confident and strong, with the clearest of sight, vision, and focus. It holds a feminine energy this time due to the fullness of the moon, though she is fierce. Where the former is an enraged soldier charging through battle, now is the female warrior who is an archer with an aim that is skillfully set. Take time to stop and think about our next thoughts, verbiage, and moves - action is good but not when we don't take the time to be certain that it is the best choice. Impatience and impulsiveness are running high these days. Don't fall prey to making decisions or saying things prematurely. Some things we can't take back or undo. Ground yourself to the earth, literally if you have to. Fire can run rampant when there's air feeding it (we're in airy Libra currently) and there's a tendency to float away too much when we've got coursing energy running through us. When everything settles we see things for what they really are. Make sure you're in a grounded energy before implementing next steps. You'll save yourself extra time, energy, and work. Speed does not matter now - precision does. Much like the speeder on the highway who ultimately ends up at the same place only a few seconds before you. If the drive to move and change is so strong, channel that energy and creativity into taking stock of where you are, what is making you want to shift, and plan out how to make that happen. It'll be more effective in the long run. And that's ultimately what this full moon is teaching us - action is only so powerful and effective if there's precise vision behind it. Aim true. <3
