This week is shaping up to be quite lovely energetically, which is a huge respite from the last few weeks. Transmuting some of the heavier and intense issues that were popping up lately, particularly around relationships, takes a little bit of working with, but in a gentle and guiding way. Here's a couple of tips on how you can start to do so, to turn the bigger form of it into something smaller that can be better carried.
There's been a subtle shift going on lately, can you feel it? The level everyone can or is feeling it varies, but it's there. The big form it's currently taking is in our relationships. We're called to and are bringing up deep things that are crucial to address and/or change, and this includes ourselves internally.
We have a lot of emotional stirrings coming up this week - no one is left untouched. Be aware, be gentle. <3
We're in the middle of Mercury retrograde and eclipses - although this week has been easier to deal with, it's still overwhelming in a lot of aspects. It's all good and it's all needed. Take it easy and let it happen, for it needs to. Just like a good cry. It may seem too much these last few days but that will lighten up soon!
Turbulent times call for being grounded - if you're needing something to quell uneasiness that's creeping up (or sticking around from last week), pick a technique or two and give it a try. It can be for a few minutes a couple of times or it can become a ritual... the point is to keep yourself from getting too caught up in the muck that's come out nowadays.
