Happy Monday! We've got one heck of a week coming up! You can count on things going awry with technology, communication, and plans of all sorts, but that doesn't mean you need to let yourself become a victim to it. Instead, shift your perspective and see how most things are not because of you. We're all clearing out a lot of things lately, both individually and collectively. Be gentle, be love. <3
Even though things feel halted or heavily slowed down, there's still a great deal of things going on. Escapism is high, which is not entirely bad but be smart about it. Irritations may be ramping up for some of you. Take a cue from Mother Nature and what your body is tell you - pause.
Mercury is going retrograde soon and is currently slowing down so it can start to go in reverse, which means we may be feeling as if we're starting to slow down too. Don't worry though, we need to have that pause and space sometimes! To have it be beneficial for you, exercise. You might get more out of it than you think.
Even though the peak has passed, we are still feeling some strong effects of the Full Moon. There's more energetic changes and shifts coming up, so keep going with and surfing the waves!
Boom. Hold onto your hats ladies and gentlemen! This one is quite a ride. Our callings are bubbling out of us whether we're ready or not. If it's too turbulent for you, sit yourself down and tell yourself to stop self-belittling and self-berating.

It's Full Moon week! Energy tends to get more hectic and scattered during Full Moon weeks, but this one has a supportive focus to hone it in for something useful. Harness it and have a great start to your week!
In order to fully make use of and utilize self-care, it's helpful to set and maintain some boundaries, as well as support your body nutritionally.
We've got a few things coming up with the planets - Saturn coming out of retrograde and going direct tomorrow after a few months, and the Full Moon coming Tuesday - that it's also a good idea to be eating more optimally to stay grounded and support the antsy, restless feeling from these shifts as well.
Self-care is about more than carving and taking time for yourself to let go and rejuvenate. It also requires you to speak for what you need and to set boundaries to create and make those self-care rituals happen.
After these many weeks of anxiety and craziness, the focus is starting to turn towards nurturing.
It's all about self-care.
